  1. Reiki is an ancient energy healing practice that uses the “life force energy” that is found in all things to harmonize the body and bring balance, health, and well-being to the “receiver”.

Personal Input/Opinion:

I think this is a cool way to get a massage. Bringing balance to the body is an important factor in your everyday life.

According to the author, blockages result in dis-ease, stress, anxiety, emotional disorders, and other mental and spiritual issues.

 Reiki can be performed effectively without even being physically touched. And unlike therapeutic massage, during a Reiki treatment session the client typically remain fully clothed.

I never knew it was so many kinds of massages. I was only aware of the Swedish massage and the deep tissue massage.
