Dream of Freed Colonists

In “Declaration of Independence”, Thomas Jefferson writes a speech genre to all thirteen colonies. The author wrote this to be free from the British hands. He was not liking the fact, that he had no sense of freedom. It was in the thirteen colonies state and it was the time that led to the civil war. Thomas Jefferson and the founding fathers wanted to go against Great Britain King abuses, also be free from the commands that terrified them from getting confidence to revolt against them.

Thomas just wanted freedom, so that there could be peace among their people. He was tired of his people being scared when the “British are coming”. The way I think he thought is that how could the colonist grow if they can’t because of the British control over them is destroying their motivation to expand to a great country. So he wants to achieve separation and peace between the colonist and Great Britain to fully receive Independence. As he says in his speech”…that all men are created equal”, which it saying that the colonist should receive the same respect they give to the British.

If peace is not acquired war is going to be the last option to get complete independence. Keep in mind that the founding fathers don’t want to go through with this, but Great Britain will do anything to keep control of them. It’s was already possible because the British had done many things to change how the colonist government system works; example, “For protecting them, by a mock trial, from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of these states.” Which means they can’t really get in trouble or sentence to prison for manslaughter on purpose. The founding fathers are willing to go to war. The founding fathers are willing to go to war, so their people could grow and be better than Great Britain.
