Human Resource Director Explaining

It will be the assumption of the employee that the disable employee is not qualified. In which case the HR director will explain the discrimination and the fact that everyone is treated equal and hired regardless of their race, individual with disabilities and minorities.

Explaining that the company stands by the motivation behind governmental policy regarding minorities in society which is to build up reasonable access to qualified individuals giving the business chances to make a workforce that is an exact impression of the demographics of the qualified accessible workforce in the applicable employment market. Governmental policy regarding minorities in society arrangements and projects are devices whereby extra endeavors are made to select, contract and advance qualified ladies, minorities and people with inabilities.

The explanation that the best and qualified person was promoted and the company will continue to promote qualified candidate without discrimination, furthermore there is no tolerances for disability or any type discrimination,
