A huge part of the brain is dedicated to the sense of sight allowing people to see things and teaching them how to take the image in properly through many techniques like using the right part of the eyes and also by testing the eyes skills through experiments.

Did you know that a newborn baby starts to see from the moment they are born? From the moment babies come out of the mother's womb, babies start to see. The brain helps to take the light in and start seeing things. People start to see clearer as they learn to use the right parts of the eye like the retina and macula. It gets more and more captivating as you see the image better and focus the image by the use of the correct lens. The way light is taken in also affects the vision and may be observed through commencing certain experiments.

The moment a baby is born, the baby starts to see. The brain contributes 40% of its effort in vision to see better and clearer. Vision begins when light passes through the cornea and the lens. These combine to create a clear image onto the retina which consists the light sensitive cells like rods and cones. The image is reversed onto the retina and through the optic nerve, the image is sent to other parts of the brain. This is how the brain sees objects and often better by using the dominant eye which shows the image the same as with both eyes combined.

For light to enter the eye, it has to pass through a series of layers of the eye. First, the light has to pass through the black hole known as the pupil who allows only an efficient amount of light to pass and come to the retina where we get the final inverted image. The lens before the retina focuses the light rays at a single point to the retina. The iris helps to control the amount of light entering the eye. The sclera is a white sheet in front of the eye behind the cornea which covers the dirt of the eye and doesn't let it enter the eye. The cornea is transparent and allows the light in. The choroid provides nutrition to the eye. The final image the retina creates is sent to the brain through the optic nerve. These parts contribute to the giving us a perfect image.

By the use of the retina, we bring objects to life giving it color by the use of the light sensitive cells. The rods and cones help make the color and create interest while seeing. These cells are located in the retina at the back of the eye. Rods show things in black and white while the cons give the main shades like blue, red and green which make different combinations to give the different colors. The process in which we receive color is indeed fascinating. When the invisible colors of the light hit an object and the object absorbs the colored light rays and reflects only the objects color to the eye. The eye receives the colored light and sends the message to the brain. Color is like a visual effect which is caused by light being reflected by objects and in order we get the colored image.

Through the experiments commenced regarding the eye, I got the real life experience of things I could never understand. I did experiments like finding the blind spot, dominant eye, seeing in 3D and learning to see. Looking at an object focused is us seeing it through the macula in the retina and so the other object is transferred to the optic disk which vanishes the object at that point. This was the point where I discovered my blind spot at 23 cm from my eye. This was the point where I successfully saw the clear object and the second object disappeared. My dominant eye was the left because the object eye saw with both eyes was the same and as clear while looking through this eye. I learned to
