American High School vs Vietnamese High School in Vietnam

As same as many other countries, Vietnam has some pure American high schools in which are students only study the medium of instruction is English. This school will only focusing on speaking and study in language: English. All the teachers come from different countries which are America, India, England, China,...etc. I have studied in both Vietnamese high school and American high school in my country. In my experience, I found that there are some differences and similarities between them.

There are some differences between two high school. The first main difference is students changing classroom after each subjects. All the students in the American school can even use electronic devices in class for studying purpose, for instance to take notes, to research and dictionary. Not only that, in American school, teachers suggest students to focus on what they teach, their opinions and also classmate's opinions. Focusing on these are more important than students completely wrapped up writing notes without learning anything. In addition, each students have their own lockers so they can put their clothes or books in there with no need to bring it home. In my experience, teachers can even share their story or tell another story that the students dont know in the whole period. In contrast, Vietnamese high school, all students study in the same classroom in each classes. They cannot use any electronic devices in class, also not in school. Beside that, they also need to take notes even if it 100000 pages long. Students in Vietnamese school alway wish to have a locker for their own but the principles don't accept it.
