7 Habits of Higly Effective People

As a Savvy business woman in the field of marketing you have to know what it takes to get to the top in order to achieve success. I believe that the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is a great reminder of what you need to be equipped with in order to maintain and stay on track with your goals. When you understand that character is a collection of your habits and that in that concept alone it consists of knowledge, skill, and desire then you will see how the 7 habits given are merely an enhancement to prepare you for your success or your greatest achievements in life which are yet to come.

For the First habit which is to be proactive I relate to the business realm and how entrepreneurs have to be very self sufficient in order to go far. When you are proactive you work to create your own opportunities, and you work to anticipate the changes that may come in your career so that you can make them work to your own advantage. As an entrepreneur becoming proactive in your workplace will require you to develop disciplined habits because when working for oneself there is no room to slack off.

The Second habit is to begin with the end in mind and develop principle centered mission statement. My mission statement that I go by is simple yet very true Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance. When taking on any endeavor whether it is your career goals or personal goals you have to set a plan in place otherwise you are selling yourself short. Plans clarify what's most important to you, help you keep balance, and last but not least it equips you to envision a better future. Which these can also be put forth to the third habit that is to put first things first.

Habit four is to think win/win. I am sure I can speak for everyone when asking the question who loves a win/win and say everybody. It's a great thing in my opinion when both parties have something good to gain. I feel that as though I can completely agree and say that it is good
