Dr. King's speech "I have a dream" caused the civil rights act of 1964. This prohibited racial dicrimination. He also outlawed racial segregation in public faculties. On top of all that in 1964, at the age of 35, Dr. King became the youngest man ever to receive the Nobel Peace Prize. Dr. King was intelligent.

Dr. King cared for others. He went through so much just so everyone could be treated equally. He donated the prize money from the Nobel Peace Prize.
