Communication Strategy

So we have already established that Networking is all about connecting with people and creating opportunities for you yourself.

And we shall continue discussing how we can develop personal network which will then help you to develop professional skills.

To make things easier, I have divided the whole system of building and using networks into steps.

So you start with Identifying a network, which may include everyone you deal with on professional or personal level.

Second step in building your network is to "Connect and mingle effectively". And how do you connect? By simply being active in alumni associations or by visiting your work place regularly.

So let's say if it is a Networking Night, you can mingle effectively by researching a little about companies of individuals who are participating. Well this is where your Elevator Pitch may come handy.
