Maverick Studios (registered as MVRK studios) is a creative advertising agency focused in video production. They are providing a wide range of video solutions include video concept development, filming, animation and script writing so that their clients brand will be known to people and remain unique from the other agencies. Their dedication and efficiency always has been shown through their work. They have high end resources and capabilities to serve their clients in order to make a good ad. They have proved themselves by making ads which have gone popular and appreciated by everyone such as CG for World Large Human Flag organized by Robi, Robi Mother’s Day ad, GP internal ads etc. Their strengths are they have in house resources. Apart from having some weaknesses Marverick Studio has doing a tremendous job in this advertising industry. They have very fruitful future in Animation work as they have specialized team for that. As their vision Maverick studios always believe that it’s a passion for the creative team that their works bring vision to client life. They always try to delivering project timely which is becoming their obsession. They ensure the best quality of work no matter how much time left for the work. Still they are new in the industry but looking at their progress and opportunities there is a huge possibility of them to have great future in the creative world.

According to comScore, the average user is exposed to an average of 32.2 videos in a month, which imply that video marketing can be the most powerful way to reach specific target markets in a shorter period of time. With an audio and video visual one can easily pass their marketing message more effectively to the target audience because people tend to remember those things more that they have seen compare with reading and also video appeals to several senses of the audience. If the video goes viral will get millions of views within days, which lead to increase the reputation and image of the organization. Undoubtedly video marketing is one of the best form of marketing to offer with such impressive results at such a low price.
Advertising agencies is a service organization that specializes in planning and executing programs for its clients and create a customer driven strategy that will engage and deliver the communication message that client want to present their potential consumers. Maverick Studios (registered as MVRK studios) is an independent advertising agency specialized in audio/visual production. They develop ground breaking video concepts and deliver through griping scripts so that their clients brand can stand out from the crowd. They always ensure the best industry-standard equipment and their production team ensures that every shot carries the ultimate blend of effectiveness and panache. Ranging from minimalist, smooth-flowing graphics to elaborate, premium designs – maverick have a visual arts unit that can find the perfect stylistic fit for client brand. Maverick studios always believe bringing client vision to life is a passion and delivering project on time is an obsession, no matter how tight the deadline, they ensure the best quality of work by their post-production experts.

Maverick Studios (registered as MVRK Studios) is an audio/visual production house, which started its journey on December 2009 (but registered on 14th December 2010 as a partnership firm). Initially starting its activities with just one borrowed camera and its eight founding partners as the only employees, Maverick Studios followed a 100% revenue retention policy for the first two years of its operations to grow from a small, informal organization into an established brand for the production of AV’s in Dhaka. By the end of 2014, MVRK Studios had created AV’s for all the leading corporations of Bangladesh with their clients spanning across telecommunications, banking, FMCG, event management, and other thriving industries.

The whole structure of Maverick Studios is divided in four separate divisions: Accounts & Operations, sales & Business Development, Creative Unit and IT Department. The First 3 division are run by three Managing Partner and It Department has a separate head. Under the Managing Partners are the project Managers whose main task is to supervise the whole work done by subordinates and give them instructions. In total there are 60 people working for maverick studios including the supporting staff.

What they do:
Maverick studious task is creating video according to client/ product demand
Sometime they work as third party (specialty agency) where Full time agency give them work for creative video making and also sometime they work independently. Organizations contact directly with them and give them work for video making
How they work:
After getting the instruction and budget from the client.
-They set with their team and give briefing regarding the wants from their clients and start coming up with ideas regarding the video.
-Then in team meeting they finalize the idea of video and share the idea with their client.
-Once the client gives go signal they start working on it
-During the work process (building the video) creative head monitor the work and ensure the quality of the work and Finance team make sure the resources are used appropriately and in the right place.
Creative thinking:
This is a great workplace environment for creative, forward-thinking minds. One of the very few offices in town to employ a hot desking system. Instead of having separate cubicles, the entire production team sits and works together on one long table. Veranda gardening does make work all the more fun.
Planning the work:
When they develop any large project they utilize a plan to make an eye catching video few things they really do first is understanding the client’s requirement perfectly and learn about the product and also the positioning they want portrait through this video. Secondly going to creative team (sometime creative ideas need for videos, sometime ideas that are relevant to the brand (rational or emotional or humor). Finally, editing team, who give the final touches and make the video more eye catching toward the people whom they are going to serve.
Their charges:
Like most service agencies their invoices are based on time and talent they invest in a project.
Ideation
Mostly the creative department work for the execution and come up with video concepts but sometime even account planning department ideas come (if the requirement or task is really simple).
Building Together:
When a customer engages in business with maverick studios, it is the beginning of a relationship. They need to be prepared to deliver on their promises day in day out. If they try to penetrate the market by brutally slashing margins, they must also have a long term strategy of exactly how they plan to emerge out of this self-sacrifice mode.
